Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years of accounts payable or transactional accounting experience.
• Experience with intercompany invoicing, reconciliations, journal entries, and GL.
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Experience with SAP Concur or similar T&E system.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accurate coding, approvals and timely payment.
• Perform invoice matching, maintain vendor records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate ACH, wire and other vendor payments and monitor aging.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile statements.
• Support month-end close and AP-related GL reconciliations.
