Gensler is seeking a Firmwide Accounts Payable Accountant to support the accounting team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payment processing for vendors and employees. Based in Oakland, this role is full-time and on-site five days a week.

You will review invoices in Coupa, code to projects and GL, manage payroll and taxes, and ensure GAAP compliance while supporting audits and regional AP teams. Strong detail orientation and communication are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of related accounts payable experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; or substantial accounts payable experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in high-volume accounts payable with end-to-end ownership.

Mansioni

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices in Coupa with accurate GL coding and approvals.
• Record payroll, tax, and automated bank transactions accurately and timely.
• Ensure transactions comply with GAAP and support audits.
• Communicate with executive leadership on time-sensitive and confidential transactions.
• Perform monthly AP reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
