Job summary

Catapult Sports in Boston is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee the global AP function and manage the full payment cycle with precision. You’ll partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate processing of invoices and timely payments.

You will lead a high-performing AP team, drive process improvements, and guide the Coupa implementation phase 1 while aligning with the finance organization’s priorities and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end AP processes.
• Experience with AP automation software.
• Knowledge of multi-country AP processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes including three-way match.
• Manage AP close on a monthly basis.
• Drive AP process improvements and Coupa phase 1 rollout.
• Set up supplier records and verify payments securely.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP issues.
• Mentor and develop AP staff.
