Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field and 5–10 years of experience.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and develop growth and retention for client programs.
• Review research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer attitudes.
• Consult with development teams on market requirements and product features.
• Communicate strategies to executive team across functions.
• Coordinate strategy with corporate growth plans and pricing/packaging.
• Oversee annual budgets related to growth with the customer.
