Job summary

3E is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead international audits and support month-end close across a growing, global organization. You will partner with external auditors and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely deliverables, while driving process improvements and automation opportunities.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, experience coordinating audits, and a hands-on, ownership-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in public and corporate accounting, ideally Big Four.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience coordinating international statutory audits.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and local GAAP conversions.
• Experience managing multiple audit workstreams across countries.
• Based in the US in eligible hire states.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of international statutory audits across countries.
• Oversee monthly close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Improve accounting controls, documentation, and consistency globally.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury to gather data.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes using AI tools.
