Job summary

3E seeks a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to lead international statutory audits, support month-end closes, and enhance cross-border accounting processes. You will collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely deliverables, while driving standardization and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of public and corporate accounting experience.
• Active CPA license is preferred.
• Experience coordinating international statutory audits with external auditors.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAP-to-local conversions.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of international statutory audits across multiple countries.
• Oversee month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation across global operations.
• Balance audit work with ongoing accounting responsibilities during peak periods.
