Job summary

3E is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to lead international statutory audits, support month-end close, and improve accounting processes across the organization. You will own the coordination with external auditors and advisors and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, 5+ years of public and corporate experience, CPA preferred, and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience combining public and corporate accounting.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Experience managing or coordinating international statutory audits.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and conversion to local GAAP.
• Experience managing multiple audit workstreams across locations.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own International Audits and Statutory Reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and accounting advisors, managing requests and timelines.
• Coordinate with external advisors for local statutory financial statements and GAAP conversions.
• Review reconciliations, bridge files, schedules, and statutory deliverables for accuracy.
• Maintain international audit calendar and escalate issues before deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury for needed information.
• Take active role in monthly close: reconciliations, journal entries, reviews.
• Strengthen controls and standardize processes across global operations.
• Balance recurring tasks with peak audit activity.
