Job summary

3E is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to join our global accounting team. You will lead international audit coordination with external auditors and accounting advisors, while supporting month-end close and process improvement in a fast-growing, SaaS-enabled environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and a CPA license, with 5+ years in corporate/public accounting and experience managing international audits across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred.
• Experience with international statutory audits and US GAAP conversions.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination and execution of international statutory audits across multiple countries.
• Support month-end close activities with accurate reconciliations and journal entries.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate accounting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury to obtain required information.
