Job summary

3E is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to lead international statutory audits and support month-end close. You will coordinate with external auditors, accounting advisors, and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely deliverables in a fast-paced, growing environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and applying automation/AI to enhance efficiency while strengthening controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• Experience managing international statutory audits and coordinating with external auditors.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and local GAAP conversions.
• Experience leading month‑end close and improving accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own international audits and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and advisors, tracking requests and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury to obtain financial information and documentation.
• Hands-on involvement in monthly close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate accounting processes.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining controls.
