Job summary

3E is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to lead international statutory audits and support month-end close efforts across the organization.

You will coordinate with external auditors and accounting advisors, ensuring timely deliverables while streamlining processes. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, cross-border experience, and a proactive approach in a fast-growing tech-enabled company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of public and corporate accounting experience, Big Four background a plus.
• Experience managing international statutory audits and liaising with auditors.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and conversion to local GAAP where applicable.
• Ability to coordinate multiple audit workstreams across locations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own International Audits and Statutory Reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and advisors, tracking items and driving resolution.
• Coordinate with local statutory reporting statements and GAAP conversions.
• Review reconciliations, bridge files, and statutory deliverables for accuracy.
• Maintain international audit calendar, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury to gather data.
• Hands-on role in monthly close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support annual U.S. consolidated financial statement audit.
• Strengthen accounting controls and standardize processes globally.
• Balance recurring close duties with peak audit periods.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
