Job summary

3E, a mission-driven company delivering regulatory intelligence and AI solutions, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead international audits and support month-end close. You will coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates have a strong accounting foundation, experience managing international statutory audits, and proficiency in US GAAP to local GAAP conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating international statutory audits and external accounting service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of international statutory audits across multiple countries.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and accounting advisors.
• Partner with external advisors responsible for local statutory financial statements and GAAP conversions.
• Review GAAP-to-local GAAP reconciliations and supporting deliverables for accuracy.
• Maintain the international audit calendar and escalate issues before deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury for required information.
• Take an active role in monthly close activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support the annual US consolidated financial statement audit as needed.
• Strengthen accounting controls, documentation, and consistency across global accounting operations.
• Balance recurring tasks with peak audit periods.
