Job summary

3E is seeking a hands-on Manager, Global Accounting & External Audits to join our global accounting team. You will own international audit coordination, collaborate with external auditors, and support month-end close while driving process improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public and corporate accounting, CPA preferred, and deep experience in U.S. GAAP conversions and multi-country reporting. Join us to enhance scalable accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years combining public and corporate accounting, preferably with Big Four or top 10 firm.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Experience managing international statutory audits and coordinating with external auditors.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and converting to local standards.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination and execution of international statutory audits across multiple countries.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and accounting advisors.
• Partner with external advisors to prepare local statutory statements and GAAP conversions.
• Review reconciliations, bridge files, and reporting deliverables for completeness.
• Maintain international audit calendar and escalate risks.
• Support month-end close and strengthen controls across global operations.
