Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Accounting Manager to lead the worldwide close, consolidation, and reporting functions. You will drive policy consistency, oversee US GAAP compliance, and guide AI-enabled improvements in financial processes.

The role requires 6–8 years in accounting, a CPA/CA, and experience with SAP environments. You will collaborate with offices globally and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA/CA designation is required; MBA is a plus.
• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience with US GAAP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own global close, consolidation, and reporting cycles.
• Establish and enforce accounting policies across regions.
• Lead AI-enabled process improvements for reporting.
• Coordinate with offices, Treasury, Tax, and external auditors.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
