Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an International Accounting & Finance Manager to anchor the financial operations of its international subsidiaries. The role oversees controllership, multi-currency consolidations, FX impacts, and financial reporting while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.

This is a strategic, non-transactional role focused on interpreting results, ensuring financial integrity, and partnering with international GMs to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with multi-entity consolidation and foreign currency accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, FX, and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Excel and experience with mid-to-large cloud ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review international financial statements and internal reporting.
• Manage multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations, FX translations, and intercompany activity.
• Ensure timely financial reporting compliant with US GAAP.
• Partner with GMs and FP&A on budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze market performance, margins, and ROI.
• Support financial modeling for new markets and ERP setup.
• Strengthen controls and ERP capabilities.
