You will guide performance, forecast financial outcomes, and work cross-functionally to ensure financial health of the Buffalo Grove site. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a relevant field with substantial experience in finance and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5 years of related experience; supervisory experience may be required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

• Provide guidance and support on performance and risks with transparency and engagement
• Challenge the status quo and assess financial impact of changes
• Analyze profitability, prepare forecasts, and review performance vs. expectations
• Support site strategy and financial goals to deliver objectives
