Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an International Accounting & Finance Manager who will anchor international subsidiaries, oversee consolidations, FX impacts, and reporting, and partner with GMs to drive growth. This role is not traditional transactional accounting; it focuses on interpretation, integrity, and strategic partnering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with multi-entity consolidation and foreign currency accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, FX, and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with mid-to-large cloud ERP platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to international and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with international GMs and understand financial drivers of each market.
• Translate financial results into actionable business insights.
• Advise leaders on financial risks, opportunities, budgets, forecasts, and business decisions.
• Review international financial statements and prepare internal reporting.
• Manage multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations, FX translations, and intercompany activity.
• Ensure timely financial reporting in line with US GAAP and policies.
• Partner with GMs and FP&A on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Analyze market performance, margins, unit economics, retention, and ROI.
• Identify trends and risks and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Support financial modeling, capital planning, and ERP setup for new markets.
