Qualifications

• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge; ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and close processes.
• Deliver timely financial reporting and insights for leadership decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate on planning, forecasting, and contract/subcontract analysis.
