Plexus Worldwide, LLC. in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an International Accounting & Finance Manager to anchor international subsidiaries, lead controllership, and oversee multi-currency reporting. You'll partner with international GMs to interpret results and support growth.

The role emphasizes strategic accounting, financial analytics, and collaboration across markets, with hybrid work expectations and visibility to corporate leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with multi-entity consolidations and foreign currency accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, FX, and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with mid-to-large-tier cloud ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Spanish proficiency and CPA or equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as international controllership and financial reporting lead for international subsidiaries.
• Oversee multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations, FX translations, and intercompany activity.
• Partner with GMs, FP&A, and leadership on budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Support international expansion through financial modeling, pricing, and ERP setup.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen controls across international accounting and finance.
