Job summary

Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Global Account Manager to join the West Coast Sales team in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead strategic accounts, drive design wins, and manage the sales channel across OEMs and distributors.

The role demands strong sales leadership, technical understanding of interconnects, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• BS/engineering with business acumen or business/marketing with technical background.
• Experience in global account sales in interconnect components.
• Knowledge of international business practices is a plus.
• Field sales and applications experience with OEMs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Amphenol products within defined accounts including OEMs or distributors.
• Develop sales plans and growth strategies for customers.
• Provide forecasts broken down by customer.
• Meet/exceed sales quotas via design wins and channel management.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Education

BS Business/Marketing with technical background OR BS Engineering with Business/Marketing aptitude
