Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an Account Manager to join our West Coast Sales team in Santa Clara, CA. You will support sales on technical, commercial, and escalation requests and help manage forecasts and customer relationships.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable analyzing data in Excel and presenting insights to top management. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across multiple functions and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with keen business acumen and data-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment to meet deadlines.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills including lookups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Support sales on technical, commercial, and escalation requests from customers.
• Prepare monthly forecasts for accounts and perform forecast analysis.
• Coordinate customer activities addressing delivery, quality, inventory, and financial issues.
• Manage fulfillment escalations, expedite or resolve shortages for customers.
• Assist in resolving complaints, quality issues, and RMAs; coordinate escalation actions.
• Respond to quotes and inquiries with datasheets and technical/commercial information.
• Track orders and ensure awards are met or exceeded; handle PCN coordination.
