Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the ADA and state disability laws and experience applying it to accommodation processes.
• Experience independently managing complex, high‑stakes or legally sensitive accommodation cases.
• Ability to build scalable processes and educate teams on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Interactive Process Management - U.S.: lead the interactive process for US-based employees and candidates and determine workable accommodations.
• Global Accommodation Request Management: own requests outside the US in partnership with regional teams.
• Complex Case Management: handle high‑stakes or legally ambiguous cases with guidance to partners.
• Cross‑Functional Partnership: work with Benefits, Employment Legal, Recruiting, and external vendors as needed.
• Policy & Program Development: design scalable processes and documentation for accommodation requests across regions.
• Education & Enablement: develop training for People Partners, managers, and interviewers on accommodations.
• Documentation & Recordkeeping: maintain confidential, accurate records.
• Data & Insights: track metrics to identify patterns and inform policy decisions.
