Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Accommodations Partner to own the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process for employees and candidates worldwide. You will lead the interactive process, partner with People Partners, Benefits, Employment Legal, Recruiting, and external vendors to identify effective solutions while balancing confidentiality and compliance.

You'll shape scalable frameworks, educate teams on best practices, and manage sensitive medical information with care.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of the ADA and state disability laws and interactive process.
• Experience managing complex, high-stakes accommodation cases.
• Ability to handle sensitive medical information with discretion and empathy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accommodation process for employees and candidates across jurisdictions.
• Lead interactive process with employees, managers, and HR to determine accommodations.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Employment Legal, Recruiting, and external partners.
• Develop scalable policies, documentation, and cross‑functional workflows.
• Educate teams on best practices while maintaining confidentiality.
• Track metrics and identify trends to inform policy decisions.
