Qualifications

• Read tape measures and interpret fractions/decimals accurately.
• Follow standard work instructions and safety protocols.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
• Cross-train across departments and train operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pack products.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow policies.
• Meet defined rate per customer demand and operations.
• Identify issues and communicate root causes.
• Support training of co-workers and improve quality.
