Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is hiring a Production Associate 2 - Glass for the 3rd shift. You will perform windows/doors assembly, stay safe, manage waste, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires reading tape measures, following standard work, and working with urgency to support production flow. You will train with teammates, adhere to PPE and safety protocols, and contribute to a respectful, high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Ability to work at an established rate per customer demand.
• Cross-train across departments and work in teams to meet goals.
• Strong math skills for shop floor calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement and follow clean-up times.
• Work safely and follow approved work practices and policies.
• Follow defined rates and standard work to meet quality targets.
• Identify problems and communicate issues for resolution.
• Assist training of co-workers and support a respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties across the plant as directed.
