Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Associate for our Marion, Ohio facility to fabricate components for window assemblies. This full-time role runs 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, in a fast-paced production environment requiring safety, speed, and accuracy.

Responsibilities include mass-producing units, handling materials, reading work orders, and using hand/power tools. Physical work and heavy lifting are involved, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations with material handling tasks as needed.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers to complete tasks.
• Read and carry out simple written instructions and work orders.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
