Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate components for final window assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will mass-produce window parts, support loading and wrapping, and operate various hand and power tools on a 1st shift schedule.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to read instructions and measurements, and the willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.
• "Pass background check and drug test" is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience reading a tape measure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.
• Use hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers per instructions.
• Read and follow simple written instructions and work orders.
• Read tape measure and inspect for defects.
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
