Job summary

Wine Industry Expo is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver engaging learning experiences that support operational excellence and employee development. You will facilitate instructor-led and virtual training, partner with instructional designers, and ensure training objectives are met.

You will also handle training administration, maintain LMS records, coordinate logistics, gather feedback, and contribute to special projects, while promoting safety and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in Operations, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and/or Training including 1 year delivering training with increasing responsibility.
• High School Diploma plus 7 years of experience in Operations, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and/or Training including 2 years delivering training with increasing responsibility.
• Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills.
• Experience presenting information and answering audience questions.
• Willingness to travel to offices, sites, and meetings for onboarding, training, and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Age 21+; 18+ as applicable.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs across multiple topics.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to tailor content for learner needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and manage LMS activities.
• Coordinate logistics and collect participant feedback.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
