Job summary

Prison Fellowship is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to reconcile donor data across multiple platforms and ensure accurate gift processing in Salesforce. You will support month-end close, data integrity, and timely financial reporting while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and the use of Salesforce NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud, with remote work options and up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of accounting or account reconciliation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud preferred.
• Strong data entry, research, and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily donation data from platforms to Salesforce NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud.
• Investigate discrepancies and data-quality issues across donation platforms.
• Process donations and gift data accurately for monthly close deadlines.
• Support month-end close activities and approvals for adjustments and returns.
