Job summary

AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a retail associate/manager to oversee cashier duties, inventory, and customer service. You will support daily operations, coordinate merchandise flow, and help train volunteers to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Job Description:

• Accurately performs cashier duties, payroll deduction transactions, and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Orders, receives, and maintains inventory, including processing and tagging new merchandise.
• Facilitates system upgrades to support operational efficiency.
• Merchandises products and maintains a safe, orderly, and customer-friendly environment.
• Assists customers with purchases and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepares, coordinates, and advertises sales to promote store activity.
• Trains Volunteers in daily operations and customer service.
• Prepares bi-weekly payroll deduction for submission to Payroll.
• Reconciles monthly credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provides monthly purchase activity reports to the Foundation Director.
• Actively markets and promotes the gift shop to increase annual sales and net profit.
• Maintains compliance with safety standards and store organization protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
