Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida seeks a retail/management professional to join our team in Orange City. The role focuses on daily store operations, inventory control, and achieving sales goals within a full-time, day-shift schedule at our Orange City location.

Responsibilities include handling invoices, staff coordination, vendor negotiations, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records and reporting. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Submits approved invoices to the accounting department for processing.
• Manages conflicts and resolves issues assertively and effectively.
• Achieves and exceeds monthly budgeted sales goals.
• Oversees day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manages stock levels and makes key decisions about inventory control.
• Analyzes sales figures to forecast future sales and maximize profits.
• Utilizes information technology for recording sales figures and data analysis.
• Researches and implements new strategies to improve sales and meet customer demands.
• Addresses staffing issues, including hiring, training, and development.
• Responds to customer complaints and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Negotiates with vendors regarding pricing, costs, and shipping terms.
• Handles timekeeping and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
