Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail and management.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Submits approved invoices to accounting for processing.
• Manages conflicts and resolves issues effectively.
• Achieves and exceeds monthly sales goals.
• Oversees day-to-day store operations for smooth running.
• Manages stock levels and inventory decisions.
• Analyzes sales data to forecast future performance.
• Utilizes IT systems to record sales and analyze data.
• Researches strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Addresses staffing, including hiring and training.
• Responds to customer feedback to enhance service.
• Negotiates with vendors on pricing and terms.
• Handles timekeeping and scheduling for staffing.

Job Description:

• Submits approved invoices to the accounting department for processing.

• Oversees day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations.


• Manages stock levels and makes key decisions about inventory control.


• Analyzes sales figures to forecast future sales and maximize profits.


• Utilizes information technology for recording sales figures and data analysis.


• Researches and implements new strategies to improve sales and meet customer demands.


• Addresses staffing issues, including hiring, training, and development.


• Responds to customer complaints and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.


• Negotiates with vendors regarding pricing, costs, and shipping terms.
