Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a store operations leader to drive customer service excellence and manage day-to-day retail activities in Florida. This role focuses on forecasting, staffing, and inventory control to maximize profits while delivering excellent patient and customer experiences.

Candidates should have 3+ years in retail and management, strong communication, and a solid grasp of Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license is required to support multi-location responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in retail and management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Submits approved invoices to the accounting department for processing.
• Manages conflicts and resolves issues effectively.
• Achieves and exceeds monthly budgeted sales goals.
• Oversees day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manages stock levels and inventory control.
• Analyzes sales figures to forecast future sales and maximize profits.
• Uses IT systems to record sales figures and data analysis.
• Researches and implements new strategies to improve sales and meet customer demands.
• Addresses staffing issues including hiring, training, and development.
• Responds to customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Negotiates with vendors on pricing, costs, and shipping terms.
• Handles timekeeping and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
