Qualifications

• Ability to balance cash drawers and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in the Gift Shops and assist with interviews and scheduling.
• Promote guest service and assist guests with selections, exchanges, and directions.
• Oversee monthly inventory and ensure merchandise is priced and displayed well.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure proper coverage with manager approval.
• Document performance and attendance for yearly appraisals in calendars and reports.
• Operate cash register, balance cash at shift end, and process payments.
