Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh is seeking a Gift Shop Manager to assist with department operations, budgeting, inventory control and quality across gift shop locations.

You will support merchandising, promotions and sales development, vendor relations and staff training while ensuring HIPAA compliance and privacy policies are followed.

The role also covers cost management, POS oversight and participation in fundraising events for the Auxiliary Gift Shop Committee.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.
• Preferred Associate's Degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, inventory management and quality for gift shop operations.
• Assist with promotions, marketing tools, and sales development programs.
• Forecast and manage gift shop costs, revenues and department expenses.
• Coach staff, ensure service standards and adequate coverage.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Point of Sale system.
• Support fundraising events and vendor relationships for the Auxiliary.
