Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a Gift Shop Supervisor to oversee three Gift Shop locations and the Online Store. You will support staff, manage inventory, ensure financial controls, and help maintain a seamless shopping experience for patients and families.

Under the Gift Shop Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, handle online orders, and foster a high standard of customer service across all venues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Gift Shop Manager with day-to-day oversight across three Gift Shop locations and Online Store.
• Support staffing needs and schedules across all locations and the Online Store.
• Ensure inventory management and merchandise availability across locations and Online Store.
• Maintain proficiency in POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and related technology.
• Identify workflow improvements and partner on implementation with the Manager.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations and Online Store.
