Job summary

Lost River Cave Gift Shop is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising and inventory control. The role leads a team and collaborates with the Tour Staff Manager to ensure a welcoming and safe visitor experience.

TheGift ShopManageris responsible forthe overall operation and success of the Lost River Cave Gift Shop. This positionleadsdaily retail operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and team leadership. TheGift ShopManager provides hands-on leadership to retail staff while working closely with the Tour Staff Manager and other members of the leadership team to support a welcoming, safe, and well-organized experience for visitors.

The position alsoleadsretail planning, budgeting,ordering,reporting, and other initiatives that strengthen merchandise sales and support the organization’smission.
