Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Retail Leadership professional responsible for merchandise reception, inventory control, and sales generation. You will generate purchase orders, process invoices, and manage Gift Shop merchandise to maintain an inviting guest experience.

Responsibilities include training team members on register procedures, stocking, merchandising, and store policies, plus coaching to ensure policy adherence. Flexibility in scheduling is required to complete all duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in retail leadership is preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to complete job functions.
• Effective communication with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Excellent oral communication, strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior.
• Ability to read and evaluate basic reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Receive all merchandise and manage inventory control.
• Generate purchase orders and process invoices.
• Order approved merchandise for Gift Shop.
• Oversee floor placement of merchandise and maintain an inviting atmosphere for Guests.
• Identify new ways to drive sales generation to achieve goals.
• Communicate merchandise sales to Director of Hotel Operations.
• Train Team Members on register procedures, stocking practices, merchandising placement, and store policies.
• Maintain team member work history documentation per Company Policy.
• Coach and issue discipline to ensure policy adherence.
