Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience in Retail leadership position preferred.
• Flexible schedule to ensure job functions and responsibilities are complete.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and inventory control.
• Generate all purchase orders and process invoices.
• Order approved merchandise for Gift Shop.
• Oversee placement of merchandise on the floor and maintain a neat, clean and inviting atmosphere for Guests.
• Identify new ways to drive sales generation to achieve goals.
• Communicate merchandise sales to Director of Hotel Operations.
• Train all Team Members on register procedures, stocking practices, merchandising placement, and store policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and appropriate Team Member work history documentation within the Company Policy.
• Coach and issue discipline when necessary to ensure adherence to all applicable policies and procedures.
