Job summary

Wind River Hotel Casino in Riverton, WY is hiring for a Gift Shop Cashier who will manage keys, operate the POS system, greet customers, and help with product information. You must be dependable, honest, and able to work peak times, holidays, and weekends, with proper identification for tobacco purchases and a background check.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, organizing displays, assisting in inventory, restocking items, and following the Employee Handbook while attending mandatory

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
• Must demonstrate US work authorization during verification.
• Must pass a background investigation.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for keys, cashier till, and securing products in the gift shop at-all-times.
• Greet and help customers with prices and information on products.
• Operate point-of-sale for all transactions and apply discounts as needed.
• Maintain clean, neat, and well-stocked displays and assist in inventory.
• Restock items and organize merchandise on displays.
• Check identification for tobacco purchases and monitor shoplifters.
• Assist in receiving, scanning, and reconciling items from vendors.
• Attend mandatory training and follow employee handbook policies.
