Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis -St. Paul Metro Area, with 3 days of regular in-office work required (office is located in St. Paul).

Position Summary

The Gift Processing Specialist II provides day-to-day coordination and oversight of gift processing operations for the Membership and Annual Giving department. This role ensures all gifts are processed accurately, compliantly, and efficiently while supporting a high-quality member and donor experience across all giving channels. The coordinator connects Development, Finance, Grants, Corporate Partners, Conservation Operations, Membership & Annual Giving, Chapter & Volunteer Services, and IT to ensure process alignment across systems, workflo...
