Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Intermediate gift systems expertise and IRS regulations knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and partner to development officers.
• Analytical problem-solving and data quality focus.
• Leadership of small projects and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Independently process complex and high-profile gifts.
• Manage high volumes of biographical data with accuracy.
• Review daily gift receipts, acknowledgements and tribute letters.
• Coordinate with development officers on large gifts.
• Utilize multiple gift processing systems for high-profile activities.
• Process credit card transactions and follow up on failures.
• Develop and maintain database expertise; identify improvements.
• Document SOPs and support compliance audits.
• Train junior staff and provide business support to officers.
• Coordinate with officers on complex gifts and data projects.
