Job summary

Stanfordlivetickets seeks a Gift Securities Assistant for an 18-month fixed-term role in Redwood City, CA. The position focuses on ensuring data integrity across the gift securities program, coordinating with the Director and Finance teams, and managing documentation for all gifts.

You will oversee GRASP, perform daily reconciliations, upload gift data from the Daily Gift Index, monitor non-Dreyfus accounts, and maintain operation logs ensuring timely processing and secure shipment of gift

Qualifications

• Maintain data integrity for new gifts, gift dates and related docs.
• Oversee the GRASP database to ensure accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Own the gift securities database (GRASP) data integrity and documentation.
• Reconcile daily Dreyfus gift report, match donors in GRASP and research discrepancies.
• Upload stock gift data daily from the Daily Gift Index and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor non-Dreyfus online brokerage activity and alert team to new gifts.
• Maintain critical logs (gift checks, checks, vault items) and prep items for shipment.
