Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Record highly complex philanthropic contributions in line with laws and standards.
• Audit MOUs and donor gift agreements to verify donor intent and compliance.
• Monitor reconciliations between CRM data, gateways, and financial ledgers.
• Finalize auditable journal vouchers, batch corrections, and transaction modifications.
• Oversee secure categorization of source documents for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics to design deep-dive data quality audits.
• Develop SOPs for the Analyst team to ensure consistent data handling.
