Responsibilities

• Supports estate administration: process payments, record commitments, track follow-up, and communicate with advisors, attorneys, colleagues, and donors.
• Oversees departmental records: create, update, revise, and retrieve files in records and CRM systems.
• Maintains the departmental email inbox: review, respond, and track emails related to gifts.
• Prioritizes mail for the department and redirects as needed.
• Responds to routine inquiries via phone and in person with quality customer service.
• Develops knowledge of planned giving vehicles and processes for gifts and estates.
