Responsibilities

• Process gifts (donations, wire/credit card/third-party) accurately in CRM (Salesforce/TFACT).
• Maintain high data quality and provide tax acknowledgements.
• Support donor inquiries and create tax receipts with appropriate language.
• Assist with updates to Classy and other giving platforms.
• Provide revenue data quality, help desk, and operations support.
• Support events to enhance donor donation experiences.
• Communicate GiftOps updates to fundraising teams and participate in trainings.
