Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to initiate, collaborate, implement, monitor, evaluate, and support strategic plans.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including copy-editing and proofreading.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate fundraiser requests to guide development of appropriate documentation and prepare agreements for review and final approval.
  • Verify that gift agreements capture donor intent and align with University policies and practices.
  • Provide basic coaching and training for fundraisers and Advancement staff.
  • Develop and maintain policy, process, and protocol documentation.
  • Enter and maintain information in tracking systems to ensure accuracy and actionability.
