Leader Communications Inc. seeks a Giant Voice Technician to provide operations and maintenance support for Giant Voice system hardware, software, and infrastructure at Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, TX. A valid U.S.

Government Public Trust security clearance is required for this role. The candidate will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support installations while maintaining thorough documentation and logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years related experience supporting similar systems and hardware.
• Related OEM certifications.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass a background check and obtain a CAC.
• Federal agency organization support experience preferred
• Giant Voice system, hardware, software, and infrastructure programming, configuration, and support
• Technical documentation and drawing review and updates
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
• National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70/800 familiarity
• OSHA safety standards compliance
• CPR certification and safety observer readiness

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance as scheduled per manufacturer and organizational policies and procedures.
• Accomplish troubleshooting, repair, replacement, updates, changes, and configuration of hardware, software, and infrastructure to support organizational changes, requests, issue resolution, and emerging technologies per policies and processes.
• Program, configure, test, and validate system changes per organizational policies/procedures, requests, and to resolve issues and ensure compliance
• Update and maintain all logs, records, and associated technical documentation, to include all related system and data updates.
• Provide support for installations, modifications, and other projects as assigned.
