Job summary

Leader-Communications-Incorporate is seeking a Giant Voice Technician to provide operations and maintenance support for Giant Voice systems. The role requires ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.

You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software, and support installations across a dynamic field environment at Goodfellow AFB and surrounding San Angelo area.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience supporting similar systems and hardware.
• Related OEM manufacturer certifications preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass background check and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance per policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, update, and configure hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Program, configure, test, and validate system changes to resolve issues.
• Update logs and documentation including system and data updates.
• Provide support for installations and modifications as assigned.
