Job summary

Leader Communications Inc. seeks a Giant Voice Technician to provide operations and maintenance support for Giant Voice system hardware, software, and infrastructure at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, TX.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years related experience supporting similar systems and hardware.
Related OEM manufacturers certifications.
U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass a background check and obtain a CAC.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance as scheduled per manufacturer and organizational policies and procedures.
Accomplish troubleshooting, repair, replacement, updates, changes, and configuration of hardware, software, and infrastructure to support organizational changes, requests, issue resolution, and emerging technologies per policies and processes.
Program, configure, test, and validate system changes per organizational policies/procedures, requests, and to resolve issues and ensure compliance
Update and maintain all logs, records, and associated technical documentation, to include all related system and data updates.
Provide support for installations, modifications, and other projects as assigned.
