Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive sales for innovative GI therapies across assigned geography in the United States. You will engage Gastroenterologists, APPs, and primary care staff, delivering clinically focused messages and building relationships.

The role requires a strong sales background, territory planning, and proficiency in CRM tools. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; GI/pharma domain knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 1 year pharma sales or 2+ years in related medical sales or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to launch new products and drive territory growth.

• Meet and exceed sales objectives in assigned geography per standards.
• Develop territory plans, understand customer needs, and align resources.
• Maintain advanced product and disease state knowledge for engaging HCPs.
• Collaborate with marketing, market access, and SAS to achieve goals.
